SUMMER VOLLEYBALL AT CLUB 43

Grades listed are based on the 2012-13 school year

CLUB 43 Volleyball Camps and Training will change your game. Participants will work to perfect their skills and knowledge of the game and push themselves to their physical limits. Our goal is for every participant not only to improve as a player, but also to become a stronger, more confident young woman.

SUMMER VOLLEYBALL TRAINING
Girls Grades 7-11
July 3 - Aug 9
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00am-10:00am
Training will consist of 1 hour of intense skills training and 1 hour of jump/plyometrics training
Cost: $350    Register


SUMMER VOLLEYBALL CAMPS
Girls Grades 3-6
July 16 - 19, 10:00am-12:00pm
Cost: $120    Register

Girls Grades 7-8
July 16 - 19, 1:00pm-4:00pm

SUMMER VOLLEYBALL SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Girls Grades 7-12
June 11 - August 10

• Mondays: Passing, 6-7pm
• Tuesdays: Hitters, 5-6pm
• Wednesdays: Setters, 8-9am
• Thursdays: Setters, 6-7pm
• Fridays: All Skills, 8-9am

BASIC VOLLEYBALL SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Girls Grades 4 and up
June 11 - August 10

• Mondays: 5-6pm
• Tuesdays: 4-5pm
• Wednesdays: 9-10am
• Thursdays: 5-6pm
• Fridays: 9-10am

SUMMER VOLLEYBALL PRACTICE AND PLAY
**Experienced JO or Club players only**
Girls Grades 9-12

Thursdays, 7:00pm-9:00pm
15 players per open court - practice and open play
If you are younger than 9th grade contact Annie (info below) to be admitted

SUMMER VOLLEYBALL 4's LEAGUE
Girls Grades 9-12
July 8 - August 5
Sundays and/or Mondays, 7:00pm-9:00pm

• Put together a team and play - no coach/adult is necessary
• Teams will officiate matches
• 10 Team maximum
• Standing and play-offs
• 2 Matches per night

Cost: $200/team    Register


GET READY FOR HS TRYOUTS CLINIC
Girls Grades 9-12

PRIVATE LESSONS
Girls Grades 3-12
With Annie or another experienced CLUB 43 coach

• Mondays - 8:00-9:00am
• Tuesdays - 4:00-5:00pm
• Wednesdays - 9:00-10:00am
• Thursdays - 6:00-7:00pm

$60/hour - one on one
$30/per player - 2 players
$25/per player - 3 or more players

Please note: a player's lesson may be combined to provide optimal training.

Camp Director, Annie Adamczak-Glavan:
A former professional volleyball player and NCAA All-American at Nebraska, Annie has brought her exceptional skills and knowledge of the game to the coaching side of volleyball. Her approach is to identify deficiencies in each player's game and to quickly and efficiently correct those weaknesses through focused, high-repetition drills. She demands perfection out of all her players and believes that the only way to reach the top is through passion and hard work.
