43 Hoops Basketball Academy's Strength and Conditioning Training Program focuses on maximizing each athlete's strength and cardiovascular condition. Each 55-minute session includes:
Athletes who fully engage themselves in this program will be able to perform at a high level for a longer period of time, separating themselves from the other athletes in their play.
Our primary Strength and Conditioning trainer is Gwen Young, an NCSF certified personal trainer with a B.A. in Kinesiology and an M.A. in Organizational Management from Concordia University in St. Paul. Gwen was also a basketball player there for 3 years and before that won a Junior College national championship at Anoka Ramsey Community College.
