Our Specialty Room features a Cybex Trazer, a JumpTrainer, vipers, and other specialty equipment designed to improve foot quickness and vertical jump. We also have on staff a professional who is certified to use our New Leaf Active Metabolic Assessment System to develop a custom training program for every athlete we train. Finally, we have a cardio-room for "parents only" who desire to get a workout while we train their children at the Academy.
