BASKETBALL TRAINING

The 43 Hoops Basketball Academy offers the premier basketball training in the Twin Cities. With just one free introductory session you will experience the training programs that have helped hundreds of athletes improve their all-around basketball skills. Our training protocols are designed to improve your shooting, ball handling, passing, defense and footwork, as well as your confidence and understanding of the game. Our plyometric, speed, strength and conditioning drills are designed to help you play your game at the highest level.

The 43 Hoops Basketball Academy offers a variety of training programs, including:

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our small group training sets us apart from others who offer basketball skills training. Features of our program include:

Position Specific Training: Point guards, wings, and post players always train with other athletes who play the same position to develop the skill sets that are unique to their position. When you train at the Academy you will be assigned a trainer who specializes in the position you are most likely to play. This train will monitor your progress and continue to challenge you as you develop as a player.

Skill Specific Training: Athletes always train with other athletes who are at a similar skill level. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or an advanced player, you will be challenged as you compete in a small group with athletes who are similarly skilled.

Small Groups: We form the groups, no more than 6 athletes in a group. We generally maintain smaller groups when training less skilled athletes.

TEAM TRAINING
We host team training sessions at the 43 Hoops Basketball Academy, or we can bring our trainers to your gym. Either way, we will work with your coaches to develop individual and team skills, for both offensive and defensive.

JUNIOR HOOPS TRAINING
43 Hoops has developed a unique training program for 1st through 4th graders. You're never too young to Get Your Game Right!
